I need to return my BMW, what should I do?

• Please call our Contract End Team on 0870 505 0150 who'll make arrangements to collect your car. If you have a self-maintained car, you'll need to leave the full service history inside the car when it is collected.
• Our appointed logistics company will inspect your car. You'll be charged for any damage that falls outside the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association's (BVRLA) Fair Wear and Tear guidelines.

I have a personalised plate. What do I do?

If you have a BMW Contract Hire agreement and want to keep your personalised plate, please ring our Contract End Team on 0870 505 0150 immediately and they'll make arrangements for you. Please note this could take six to eight weeks.

My BMW's been damaged, what should I do?

If your car has been damaged you'll need to have it repaired under your own motor insurance policy before returning it. If there's any un-repaired damage when your car is returned, you'll be charged for the cost of the repairs.

We'll also need details of any accident damage you've had repaired over the course of the agreement.

I've exceeded my agreed mileage. What happens now?

You'll be charged at the rate shown in your agreement and you will receive an invoice for this extra cost once we have the car. This invoice is payable immediately.

I'd like to discuss my options before my agreement ends. What should I do?
